Common questions
Where do I find my order number?
It’s shown right after you place the order. If you were signed in, all your orders are also in My account.
My order has items from more than one shop
Each shop packs and ships its own part, so you’ll see one shipment per shop, each with its own status.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Open the order and cancel a shipment while it is still waiting for the seller. Once the seller has confirmed it, call the seller.
